We ask for a $6k deposit for the first 2 weeks. In that time we expect that you'll get $12k in value. If we're wrong for any reason, we can stop and you can request a refund if it's not an amazing fit.
Assuming we're doing great, we'll ask for the final $6k payment to be made prior to starting the third week to complete Get Growth and unlock all of the other bonuses.
Legal Stuff
We’re proud to have one of the simplest service agreements in the industry. All of our clients are volunteers, which means that one of us can fire the other if we’re not doing our part. We feel that for deserving brands, this is a solid foundation to work from, with no long-term contracts required. At the same time, a few issues have come up over the years, and we address them here.
Services Agreement
Get Growth would rather spend resources solving a problem than hiring a lawyer. However, there are several important elements that we'd like you to agree on with us. 🙂
Use of our services and submission of your payment means that you have read and agree to the following Services Agreement.
Get Growth Workbook Terms of Use: This workbook belongs exclusively to Get Growth. You may copy it once for your own
use, but you agree to not share it, post it, give it, or sell it to others.
Display and Sharing: Get Growth would love to display your website and success, in part or in whole, as examples of our work. Since we’ll want to brag a bit, we'd like to share anonymous metrics of your marketing performance with other clients and potential clients.
No Poaching Clause: When hiring Get Growth, you agree not to attempt to recruit any of our team members, writers, or contractors to work directly for your company or another company. This is for the duration of the program and for a period of 3 years following the conclusion of the program and/or any engagement.
Limited Liability: Client agrees that the engagement with Get Growth is with limited liability. Neither party shall be responsible to the other party for any financial or punitive damages in conjunction with strategy, site build, marketing, hosting, growth-driven design, or any other service provided by Get Growth.
